2020 - November 28th- In a virtual concert due to COVID limitations, Conundrum Duo (Jack Chen and Ellen Gibling)  premiered Bauer's "Tears in the Fragile web of Memory"

2019 - August 22nd - Bauer's work "Suspended and Mobile" was performed by guitarist Gary Elliot in Ottawa at the 21st Century Guitar Conference.

 

2019 - July 10th - "Flashes in the Night Sky" was performed in Ottawa by saxophonist Victor Herbiet.

 

2019 - July 7th - "Dear David", a work Bauer composed in memoriam of organist David MacDonald was performed in Halifax by organist Peter Togni, violinist Jennifer Jones and cellist Shimon Walt.

 

2019 - March 10th - "Fanfare for Dalhousie University" was premiered by the Maritime Brass Quintet.

 

2019 - January 27th - as part of the series Newfangled Music, pianist Barbara Pritchard performed Bauer's work "(Dis) Integrated Variation".

 

2019 - January 8th - Bauer's orchestral work "Meditation" was performed by Symphony Nova Scotia under the direction of Dinuk Wijeratne with oboe soloist Suzanne Lemieux. Part of the Open Waters Festival of New and Improvised music.

 

 2018 - December 14th - the Bedford Brass Quintet premiered Bauer's arrangement of the traditional Christmas carol "Away in a Manger".

 

2018 - December 9th - Jazz East presented a special Christmas concert that included Bauer's arrangement of  "I Wonder as I Wander".

 

2018 - March - the Canadian Music Centre released a recording of  Bauer's work

"New Land  Then...suddenly Now" on its Centre Tracks label.

 

2018 - January 20th/February 14th/17th - soprano Maureen Batt performed Bauer's

"Ice Kaleidoscope" in Halifax, Toronto and Philadelphia.
